Hi, I'm Sarah, the face behind A Spoonful of Vanilla. I treat my blog as my second full time job I also work for the Scottish Ambulance Service full time.A Spoonful of Vanilla was launched in January 2020 and one of my biggest achievements since then is being featured in Baking Heaven Magazine monthly.Baking has always been my way to de-stress and I and completely self-taught. I enjoy passing on my knowledge as well as delicious recipes to others who can get the same peace and deliciousness in their own home.I am very creative and enjoy developing recipes and bringing them to life. Another part of blogging I enjoy is interacting with others and I have made so many new friends since my blog launched.When I am not working, baking and blogging I enjoy reading, sewing and writing.
