My name is Millie, I'm a 25 year old first time mum who suffers with mental illness. I have supported individuals unwell with their mental health for a number of years, while suffering with my own for even longer! I believe that it is so important that people share their experience with mental health issues. For me, I have managed my mental health alongside working professionally in management, becoming a mother and working towards a tattoo apprenticeship. I want people to see that actually mental illness doesn't need to hold you back.I am spending my days playing with my son and our dogs, re-organising my home and rebuilding my tattoo apprentice portfolio.I've always had a lot to say for myself, an opinion on everything and quite a way with words.
