I have always been passionate about Sport and Fitness andover the years I have tried many sports. I have ventured intoplaying football for Bow Brickhill Ladies FC with mixed results. Ihave given Kickboxing a go, as well as six-week sessions ofreturn to netball. Before kids I was a keen Snow Boarder andhave boarded in some of the most amazing places fromAndorra on the France, Spain boarder to Canazei in theDolomite Mountains of Italy, I took the opportunity tohoneymoon in the amazing Heavenly ski resort in Lake Tahoe,Nevada. But these days I am often taking on the dumbbellsand kettlebells in my own private gym.
