Marketer by day, food blogger and podcast host by night!I started my food blog, Gingey Bites, in 2012 when I lost my job and needed something to keep my mind occupied. Since then, I’ve been a runner up in both the Cosmo Blog Awards and BOOM organic awards and have worked with big brands including Riverford, Waitrose, M&S, Hello Fresh and lots of independent smaller businesses too. Here we are in 2025 and it's still going strong! I write about travel with a food focus, recipes and restaurant reviews and also have a guilty pleasure of instant ramen noodles. You'll find lots of East Asian inspired food on the blog as well as plenty of other things to tickle your fancy.
